Fire-N-Ice is one of the most exciting Hereford Boars I have ever laid eyes on.  The Top-Selling Boar at the 2011 National Hereford Hog Show and Sale,  he is standing stud at Center Prairie Genetics, who partnered with us on this boar.  Heavy-muscled, long bodied, with a groove down his top and that show pig look.  If you want to be driving winning Hereford show pigs, use Fire-N-Ice in your breeding program.  

Mr. R.U. Weber of La Plata, MO developed the original Hereford Hog in the early 1900's on a farm within a few miles of our current home.  When choosing a breed of hogs to show, our daughter Mikayla thought Hereford Hogs would be fun to go with our Hereford Cattle.  Thus, we entered into a new venture; HEREFORD HOGS!  

Unfortunately, none of Mr. Weber's original bloodlines have been carried on.  Rumor has it that he was a bit stubborn and didn't sell any of his stock.  Our Grandpa Stull had the honor of visiting Mr. Weber's farm and seeing his Hereford hogs on a class field trip a long time ago.  Grandpa agreed that Mr. Weber seemed to be, in fact, stubborn!!!
